Córdoba CF and Real Sociedad will face off in round nine of Liga BBVA.
The Andalusian side, with Miroslav Djukić at the helm, are looking to secure a win in front of their home fans which would help lift them from the foot of the table. In front is the 'txuri-urdin', who also need a win, having not recorded a victory since round two of fixtures.

Left back José Ángel Crespo is out with a broken leg for the home side. On the away front, Gerónimo Rulli, Gorka Elustondo and Alberto De la Bella miss out through injury.

"Sociedad are a quality side and they can cause problems at any time. We have worked to combat that", said Djukić. His rival in the Basque dugout, Jagoba Arrasate, seemed optimistic despite previous problems: "We need this game to get us going on a run. I’m worried, but I0m sure we’ll win".
