The match between Granada CF and SD Eibar on matchday 28 of the Liga BBVA, revolves around the fight for safety. The home side are on 22 points and are second to last in the table, while Eibar have five points more and have gone nine games without a win.
Squads
The Granada coach, Abel Resino, has his entire squad available for the game, while his opposite number on the rival’s bench Gaizka Garitano, will be without Borja Ekiza, as the central defender out due to an accumulation of cards.
Thoughts of the coaches
Resino talked about how he thinks his opponents will approach the game: "Eibar will be coming here to make life difficult for us, maybe their aim is just not to lose the game in order to maintain their advantage and end their poor run. That is not enough for us, we have to go for the win".
In turn, the Basque coach analysed his rival: "they are one of the most physical teams in the league but they lack goals". Despite the poor run of form his side are going through, Garitano is aiming to "play without anxiety”.
