"Real Sociedad have good players, they've had some problems but they come into this game on the back of a good result, but we are ready," said the Valencia boss ahead of the game. His counterpart David Moyes also said the tie was an important one, and praised his opponents. "Valencia are doing well this season and are strong at home. Even so, we will go there and try to use the confidence we got from beating Sevilla".
