Real Sociedad were awarded the '2013-14 Liga BBVA Fair Play Club' prize at the '2014 LFP Awards Ceremony'.
The club was chosen by Aficiones Unidas and the various Liga BBVA Supporters Club Federations as a worthy winner of this accolade. The outfit, presided by Jokin Aperribay, is a model club, not only with the Txuri-Urdin fans, but also with their opponents who visit the Anoeta stadium, making them a very worthy winner.
"It's an honour for us to get this prize. Real is a club with an academy and we try to transmit values to the youngsters like fair play, solidarity... It's an honour to receive the prize and it gives us the strength to continue as we do. I want to thank the fans of La Real, who last year followed us everywhere", said Mikel Ubarrechena
