Levante clinch draw in added time

Levante UD remain unbeaten at home under Lucas Alcaraz. On Matchday 16, the feat was achieved in the 92nd minute when the Granotas made it 1-1 against Real Sociedad. 

Both teams created plenty of chances in the first half from set pieces, but neither managed to open the scoring. The Granotas enjoyed more possession of the ball, but unable to finish their chances and had to wait until the second half to raise the intensity. 

After the break, it was Real Sociedad who took the lead, with Sergio Canales getting on the end of a loose ball in the area. The goal led to the San Sebastián side falling back and allowing Levante to play, but they had no luck until, in added time, they levelled the match and rescued a point through a penalty that was converted by Ivanschitz.
