SD Eibar and Valencia CF will meet on Saturday in the 16th round of Liga BBVA fixtures. It will be a historic match for both clubs.
The Basque outfit, who sit ninth, will be looking to cap a golden year in which they earned promotion to Liga BBVA. In doing so, Gaizka Garitano’s men will have to beat a Valencia side chasing down fourth placed Sevilla.

Both sides go into the game with almost all of their players available. Eibar have doubts over Saúl Berjón, while André Gomés is suspended for Valencia.

"It's a good chance to end the year well. It will be the last effort of the year and we have to put everything into it before the holidays", said Gaizka Garitano in his pre-match press conference.
His compatriot at Valencia, Nuno Espírito Santo, highlighted the difficulty of the game: "It's one of the most difficult games we will have this year. Eibar are a good side, well organised, strong and with good players".
