Levante UD and RC Celta will play one another on matchday 30 of the Liga BBVA. Lucas Alcaraz’ men, who are in the drop zone, will be aiming to get three points in order to move away from the drop zone. They face a Galician side who do not want to lose their place in the safe area of the table. Eduardo Berizzo’s men have always taken points against Levante in the league (two wins and a draw) while the home side have gone three consecutive games without a loss at the Ciutat de València.
Squad Lists
Lucas Alcaraz will have all of his players available apart from Juanfran García, who was operated on for nasal septum deviation that he suffered last week, and Víctor Camarasa, who is also injured. Papakouli Diop, will be back in the side, as he has recovered from his muscular niggles. Celta are without Levy Madinda, due to a problems with his left calf muscle, and will be the only injury for Berizzo's men, in addition to the long term injuries of Borja Oubiña and Carles Planas.
Thoughts of the coaches
The Levante coach stated that in order to bear Celta, his side will have to show "solidarity and attack directly". "This is a side with quality, players who combine well and are good at going forward" added Alcaraz about his rival.
In turn, Berizzo, stated that his players will try to play. "We will aim to win. Levante are a side who put on pressure, we need to play in order to win". The Galician side’s coach stated that it is vital to get a win as they “are coming from two defeats, we need to react and I expect to see that reaction."
