The Balaídos hosts another RC Celta match as the side from Vigo measure up against Granada CF on matchday 11 of the Liga BBVA. The visitors come into the match in need of points that would prevent them falling into the danger zone. Three victories and a draw from the last five matches for the home side are the result of Eduardo Berizzo's hard work as he bids to keep the side in the European spots.

Team news

Carles Planas and Borja Oubiña, who are still recovering from long-term injuries, are Berizzo's absentees for the clash. In addition, the Argentinian manager has not called up David Costas or Madinda. For his part, Joaquín Caparrós will have to make do without Luís Martins, Piti, Sulayman and forward Darwin Machís, all of whom are injured.

Views from the dugout

The home manager was full of praise for his next opponents in the domestic competition and discussed the keys to a positive result: "We have to make sure we win this match with intelligence, defensive aggression and the patience necessary to use the ball well".

For his part, his counterpart in the Andalusian dugout revealed: "What we need is a change of momentum, that's what we're working on in training and we want to compete as soon as possible".
