Athletic Club and Sevilla FC face off in Sunday's first game in the 10th round of Liga BBVA. The Basque side beat UD Almería 0-1 last time out and are looking to move up the table and regain lost confidence. Sevilla, meanwhile, go into the tie with the objective of a fourth win and leadership of the league table.

Midfielder Ager Aketxe returns for Athletic after breaking a bone in his foot, meaning Ernesto Valverde has a full compliment of players to choose from. For the visitors, Vicente Iborra will miss the tie with a sprained ankle.

"Every time you record a big win it gives your momentum. First for the result and then the confidence. If we beat Sevilla it will do us a lot of good", said Valverde the day before the tie. His counterpart on the Sevilla bench, Unai Emery, said his side “are ready” for a game that "will be difficult".
