Once again 'LFP. es, in-depth' will witness one of the Liga BBVA's most passionate matches first hand. This time it is the turn of the matchday 14 clash between Athletic Club and Córdoba CF. The Rojiblancos are currently firing on all cylinders and have won four of their last five matches. For their part, the Andalusians are yet to taste victory in the topflight and will be fighting for their first win under the orders of new coach Miroslav Djukić.

The injured Aduriz and Etxeita and Balenziaga, for accumulated yellows, will be missing from the home team's squad. For the same reason as Balenziaga, the visiting manager will have to make do without one of his game changers, Fede Cartabia, as well as the injured Fausto Rossi and Iago Bouzón.
Views from the dugout
Ernesto Valverde is wary of Córdoba: "We are playing a team that has not won in the league but they have only lost one more game than us". He also revealed what he believes will be the key to success. "Our intention is to play hard and at a high tempo. 3 points would be very valuable".
"We're expecting a difficult match but we can beat any team, we have to come out lively and fearless", said a Djukić who is confident he can get the first victory of the season. "We need to win to get out of the situation we find ourselves in. We can't speculate".
